II Here's another one from Ryan McKnight M.I.C.T.
This appears to be a Sinus Tach with PVCs (the morphology in MCL1 confirms). This is a great example of why we should always remember to look in several leads. The ST elevation in leads II and III would indicate an acute diaphragmatic MI.
