This appears to be another tracing from the previous patient. This is a sinus tachycardia at 108 with a normally functioning DDD pacemaker
that is working in the VAT mode (Ventricular paced when triggered by the
atria). The group of cycles in the center of the tracing appear to be fusion beats.
