Lead II
Supraventricular Tachycardia. Note the scooped S-T segment. Depending on your method of determination, the rate is between 167 and 180/ min. In an ABSOLUTELY regular rhythm, the most accurate method is to divide 1500 by the number of "small boxes" between complexes. (Which would give this rhythm a rate of 166.666/min.)
